Tips and Frequently Asked Questions

When can I gain access?
We provide card access between the hours of 7pm and 7am, 7 days a week.  Our office is manned Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with appointments available on weekends by prior arrangement.
 

How do I gain access?
Each customer has their own individual swipe card which is used to open our computerised security gate, and turn off the alarm on your unit. Simply drive up, swipe your card, drive through and use your padlock key to open your unit.

What about security?
Robinson’s Self Storage is totally enclosed with powered security fencing on all boundaries and is monitored 24/7 by a professional security firm.  The operating system we subscribe to logs all entries/exits independently. To ensure your peace of mind, padlocks and insurance are your own care.

What about pests?
We carry out on-going pest control measures outside the building and all units contain rodent bait in bait boxes.

If you are worried about vermin, we recommend that you regularly check the bait boxes in your units, if you require new bait just see us at the office. We’re happy to discuss this with you.

Payment options:
The first month’s rent is paid in advance by cash, Eftpos, or cheque by arrangement, when an agreement to rent storage is entered. All subsequent storage is paid for monthly in advance preferably by automatic payment.

Credit Card facilities are available.

Hirer’s obligations on leaving:
The shed must be left in the same clean and damage-free condition as it was on arrival. Cleaning charges will apply if the unit is left in an unsatisfactory condition as will any costs relating to damage.
